A weekend of blue skies & crane flights
Hello! It’s been a while since I updated my blog, partly due to being away for two months of this year sunning myself in warmer climes but I’ll tell you more about that later. It’s great to be back in the UK, especially with this weekend’s tropical weather and what better way to spend it than flying from a crane? I was back performing with Fidget Feet and Dodgy Clutch at Wetherby Racecourse for the 100th birthday of the Brownies. (Not the gooey chocolate squares, silly, the brown and yellow clad girls with all the badges!) We had an absolute blast! Seven of us performed aerial silks & harness shows 40 metres above the heads of some 15,000 Brownies. It was an amazing view from up there, and so beautiful against the backdrop of the blue sky. There was much laughter and merriment as we somersaulted, twirled and span through the air – what a great fun team to work with. Thanks Chantal, Lee, Bryan, Ria, Aisling, Sianna, Carolina, Claire & all at Dodgy Clutch. Oh and the crane driver who did a sterling job!
