Abandoned brewery shoot
I’ve started to get quite interested in abandoned buildings of late, and after a good bit of urban exploring in Sheffield’s industrial areas with Gordie Cavill, we found a really cool derelict brewery, full of peeling paint and grafittied walls. Where the copper brew kettles no longer sit, there are huge holes in the first floor – perfect for dangling a set of silks through. I had to sweep a circle in the bird poo under my silks, it was originally to stop my feet getting totally filthy but I reckon it looks interesting in the photos.
Sarah Palmer, who makes awesome videos was there to film me. It was a great setting because she could film from 3 different levels. The video is coming soon, watch this space…
